Maybe I missed something over here but does anyone know what happened to that Independent Monitoring Surveyor report announced over a month ago, which took place 4 weeks ago and 2 weeks ago had not yet been received? Does the latest 'no change' update mean: 'no change, we are still waiting for the report' or 'no change, works are running on schedule'? I too would like to see some update here, if not the actual report. How long does it take to get? Surely not this long?

I too would like to see some update here, if not the actual report. How long does it take to get? Surely not this long? No news is bad news or they can't be bothered to keep us up to date! Why would a platform hide good news? Why would the platform not tell us how much is in the provision fund? It does not take months to receive the IMS report.

The only innocent explanation I can think of is that the figure they used to display was just calculated as 2% of the total money lent, and that won't work any more since PBL020.
More likely they are embarrassed to admit to how depleted it is. This seems to a consistent trend with Lendy - they have previously paid back loans from their own funds and used to secretly fund interest on overdue loans.

If anyone happens to drive by, there should be something to see! Edit: Think this applied to Huddersfield Block C. A driveby could still be useful.

Yep - Seems we have missed an extension Somewhere between 12/05 and Today there has been a c200 day extension (I'm guessing the extension occurred on the 14th, as that is when a 200day extension would have occurred) twoheads - You're fired  I believe it was today, 1 day after I finally sold my loan parts that have been sitting over a week gathering dust and no interest.

So was there any notification of this extension? I'm not a happy bunny to have had this loan gathering dust for 11 days to have it extended the day after it sold.
