On my dashboard I have an acquired interest display, does this give me the acquired interest for all my accounts including the manual accounts? I have investment in all the accounts available and was just wondering if this is acquired interest for them all.

So when the 30 day and the instant access accounts pay interest on the 1st I can expect the acquired interest to drop to show the months interest pay out?

Being pedantic, Accrued Interest equates to what you are owed, what should be coming your way if/when a payment is made. Interest only becomes 'acquired' (yours) once it is credited to your account(s).
So yes, the Accrued Interest figure decreases in line with any payment made.
