Yeah, someone got 7.4% filled. I wonder just for how long this will all last... all my matches repay on 15th Feb, so not a full month

Just been filled at 7.9% - looks like a major liquidity crisis is brewing!

If you sell your 3% loan back to the market at 3%, no problem, there will be no fees and you will collect any interest you earned for the period of the loan. If you try to sell your 3% loan back to the market at 3.4%, you will incurr a 'fee'. Read the posts to which I was responding. I thought the same as you but I have been advised that there is no fee.

When you sell out of the rolling, RS always show 'The Fees' box as £0.00, whether you were on at 3% and are selling out at 3%, 4%, 5% or whatever the current market rate is. The actual fee (Hidden fee if you like) if you were on at 3% and sell out at a higher rate comes from a loss of capital or accrued interest (not sure which). Similar to when you change your travel money and there is 'no fee', when the actual fee is tied into the price you pay (a lower rate of exchange).

I just looked for a quote to sellout and you cant currently sellout from the rolling market! Maybe they have a liquidity check or something The RS website says ... What has been the record of delivering access?
So far no RateSetter investor has had to wait to access to their money. It is important to stress that past performance is no guarantee for the future, but to date, the depth and liquidity of the RateSetter markets have meant that every investor has been able to Sell Out when requested, receiving their funds by the end of the next working day.... so I guess they will be keen to ensure that, if you currently can't sellout, it is working by tomorrow and they don't have to change their marketing message.
Best wishes, Mark

Oh, all the borrowers in the rolling market have been matched with 87 lending offers totaling £150k at 3.3% to spare. I wonder where all those offers came from in the last 5 minutes? M.

I just had a repayment as well, wonder if there was some sort of backlog in their system

Yes, I wonder!!! Lots (not just a couple of inepts) of nice "lenders" suddenly oozing out of the woodwork offering 3.3% when they could've been "front of the Q" at 4.8%. I was actually suspicious they would appear much earlier. Thinks, can one ooze suddenly?
