HNW Lending now has an autoinvest option withing the ISA. "Auto_Invest will invest in a minimum of 15 loans on the HNW Lending platform and have a maximum exposure of 10% of its value in any one loan. When one loan repays, Auto_Invest will purchase another loan so that it remains fully invested." Pays 7% May be an option for those who don't have enough to diversify otherwise (as £5000 per loan is the minimum). Do you have a link to the details of this. Cant find it on the site (do you need to be logged in) you do have to be logged in - it is in the list of available loans under "Auto_Invest"

Although I use HNW Lending, I had not noticed this new feature hiding in the list of loans. I like the idea of an automatic investment. This platform desparately needs a better way of matching cash to loans. But this particular proposal leaves too many unanswered questions for me: - Why only 7% interest when the average loan on HNW is higher? - What loans are we being invested in - are these other loans listed on the platform or something different? How risky are those loans? - who chooses the loans and on what basis are they selected? We are trusing that person or system to choose good loans for us. - why is the asset described as 1st charge, 2nd charge, cars? Is this a loan to a car seller? If so that is a whole new set of unexplained risks that need careful analysis. - what is the exit route?

(except cars - the car loans are secured on actual cars rather than car sellers' stock, and there are some aeroplane loans similarly - a bit like MT and ABLrate). I guess the difference in rates may relate to some sort of management fee, and or a PF - some sort of "added layer" of protection is alluded to but not spelt out. I would ask HNWL directly. If interested. I prefer to invest directly because my ISA pot is big enough to diversify via individual loans and I have time to spend on managing it.

Thanks for the table ilmoro - very useful (also wiseclerk). Just been told by Ratesetter Customer Services that there is no transfer out fee.

As noted previously in this thread Stelious aka easymoney was launching an IFISA and now it has been launched (as MrC posted yesterday)
4.05%, min £1000 thereafter £10 increments, transfers accepted, secured property auto-invest, loans can be sold via easymoney, not flexible, £50 trnasfer out/withdrawal fee.
Interestingly recoveries after fees will cover interest before capital which seems odd.
Also seems to come with some sort of rewards scheme (cheap movies, Gift cards, discounts in shops etc)
Seems to be in the OC area though no skin in the game. Havent signed up to nose around

We can confirm that the JustUs ISA is a flexible ISA and transfers-in are now accepted for new lenders from their Cash and Stocks and Shares ISA.
For clarity, you will need to open a Regular lender account to access the JustUs ISA, this is free and only takes a couple of minutes to Register, you will then receive a call for security purposes. This is purely for administrative purposes, once opened you can activate your JustUs ISA lender account.

Kuflink entry showing £35 transfer in/out fee - but T&Cs show only a transfer out fee (and I transferred in with no fee)
