6036 was snapped up very quickly by relatively few bidders, and is now available at discounts up to 1.5%, 1400+ parts available. The 2% cashback looks less of a bargain as the parts for these meanly priced loans are starting to stick.

I wonder if FC are aiming to take all trade on these loan types away from Assetz etc by doing a "Zopa" and becoming top dog in low fixed price (for lenders) loans (funded by government and HNW lenders - city boys even).

What was the average rate paid on this loan?

Sorry, J, don't understand you. It was a fixed rate at 8.5%. I sold my modest stake at 1.1% discount - it was an impulse buy when I saw it nearly full. Not really my sort of loan. It does seem that these large cashback offers might be a way of finding out what the lowest acceptable rates are.

I missed this one at auction, but picked up some parts at 1.5% discount. After FC fees, it seems like a lot of effort for little reward on the seller's part. I'm sure a few months down the line I'll be able to sell it again at par or even a markup if I choose to.
