Those invested in this will know it's another Loan suffering slippage and no updated information for a month now.
I have just emailed FS so hopefully we can expect an update during tomorrow.

Still no Update, just chased via Webchat with D.
This one has all the Hallmarks, and not of the good kind methinks. Please correct me via an urgent Update on the website FS.

Another utter shambles this one..................... "Funds awaited" ad infinitum.
Expected end date 18/11/16
18/11/2016 The borrower has arranged to refinance with a longer term lender. All details have been agreed - it is expected that funds will be with us within 10 days to repay the loan. In the meantime interest will continue to accrue.
01/04/2017 As nothing has yet been received, despite their solicitor's assurances, we have requested proof of funds relating to the refinance.
NO Update, nothing as at 18:47 on 11/4/17

Well, that's one way to increase your 'Like' count -- like your own posts!

Another utter shambles this one..................... "Funds awaited" ad infinitum. I was chuckling at this one, looked it up on active and past loans to enjoy the comedic updates, then stopped chuckling when I realised I've got a grand in it, good job it's a relatively low LTV

It's also possible to "unlike" posts, I just found that out by unliking your post of yesterday afternoon, I was curious if system allowed it

Ozzie, I will like all your posts for 2p a like Yes, I was curious if it was possible to "Like" your own Posts, I was sure the system wouldn't allow it, but now we know you can! The pros only like their own posts that are 3 months old, that way no one realises what you are doing.

Yes, I was curious if it was possible to "Like" your own Posts, I was sure the system wouldn't allow it, but now we know you can! The pros only like their own posts that are 3 months old, that way no one realises what you are doing. That is top level forum strategy! Also in this loan, Funding Secure do seem to be a complete shambles here. "small delay" appears to mean months on end. Now we are awaiting proof of funds? Whatever happened to enough is enough.

Expected end date 18/11/16 and on 18/11/2016 - The borrower has arranged to refinance with a longer term lender. All details have been agreed - it is expected that funds will be with us within 10 days to repay the loan. In the meantime interest will continue to accrue.
01/04/2017 - As nothing has yet been received, despite their solicitor's assurances, we have requested proof of funds relating to the refinance.
NO Update, STILL nothing from FS as at 18:20 on 13/4/17, so we assume no proof of funds received.
Beyond an omnishambles, but that's OK, because "Funds Awaited".

Have just sent a strongly worded email to FS.
My patience on this Loan has completely run out and I have requested a Default next Tuesday 18th, but I'm only one Investor, what does everyone with £££s in this want to happen?
