Do you have any "Selling" (but as yet not completely sold) loanparts? When you list a part for sale, it comes off "Live Loanparts" immediately but "Balance" is not credited until the sale is complete.

Sounds like you might need to drop SS an email. Either that, or you could post your username and password up here - I'm sure someone would happily log in and make sure it balanced  |

Have you checked to make sure that the loans you have sold have cleared down from the "selling loanparts" tab under "My loans". Sometimes 100% sold loans don't clear from this page and remain stuck as showing 100% sold leading to your "balance" being shown as greater than your "live loan parts" balance (assuming available funds is zero). This has happened to me a number of times and is soon corrected when I have queried the anomaly (it has no impact on cash balances - just means the balance figure shown is overstated).

The exact same thing has happened to me many times.
It is a glitch in the software.
Just drop them an email and they will correct it but dont expect an immiediate response from them

I've had the same thing from a part I sold a couple of months ago...but as I've received the money I really can't be bothered to chase to get it fixed.

I had this issue the other day and SS were prompt to resolve and confirmed back the same day. I have to say I do see many people reporting issues with SS support response but my experience has always been positive, especially when issues are known technical faults that can occur.
