hi how often do BM update customer accounts, i added cash friday morning and its still not showing in my account. TIA

It does seem to take a long time with BM but assuming you sent it via faster payments, it will probably have arrived by the end of today. The bulk of it will of course sit uninvested for several weeks or months anyway but that seems to be par for the course with BM at the moment.

The bulk of it will of course sit uninvested for several weeks or months anyway but that seems to be par for the course with BM at the moment. thanks, it was/is only a very small amount as i drip feed this account so that the majority of my funds are not sat idle, turned up just after i emailed them, moments later i checked my account and almost fully invested again so i will probably be sending more tomorrow. thanks again for the reply.

At the moment we process cash deposits in batches twice a day (on business days only). The cut off on Fridays is usually 3-4pm.
We are discussing with the bank to see if we can do this in real time using a feed from their system, which is the sticking point.

Makes sense to look at a system that can do this as there is no other interaction required from us to invest. I think most would welcome seeing the money hitting the account faster (invested or not).
