Feel free to add any useful resources to the thread - I'll update this first post with them. First one that comes to mind is my own site where I graph the data from FC's statistics page.

Googling to identify anonymous borrowers:
Copy and paste this line into Google
"'liabilities' worth" 123,456 "31/03/2012" site:companycheck.co.uk and replace 123,456 with the Current Liabilities from the latest filed accounts column on the listing (omit £ sign) and 31/03/2012 with the corresponding financial year end date.
Not 100% fool-proof but pretty close, and thankfully we don't get many anonymous borrowers these days.

Thank you so much for making sense of all the data Cheeky to ask I know, but, would it be possible to see loan outstanding as a ratio of sectors? I wonder to what extent large property loans currently make up a substantial percentage of the outstanding monies and to what degree that has changed over time. KT.

hi, I want to dig into FC's data set and try to create any statistical model that can help me with my investments.
I saw on website that I need to open account, but before registering I was wondering if someone can help me and to post FC data set for me to download. Much appreciated!!!!

Probably against the Ts and Cs..... DEFINITELY against the T&Cs, and no need, since anyone can register - you don't even need to deposit any money.

registration is suited for UK residents, those who are non UK struggle with requirement to provide either UK driver licence or UK bank account.

In which case an email to FC will get you sorted if you have some good need for data .. At least it has in the past. Search the forum for 'loan book' or similar. Here ya go

platform.orcamoney.com/report/Funding%20Circle"CONSIDERATIONS Can take time to sell loans on the secondary market at par value" Whats the evidence behind this?, I can very rapidly sell all my loans at par (have tested this multiple times) It must be the large loan parts, like £1000. Anything up to £100 goes in a few hours max.
