Did anyone here know that there are "Loan Owners" who restrict information given to lenders whose loan is overdue? Who and what are the "Loan Owners"? Pretty shocked. Does this related to an underwriter? If so I will not be putting anything into any loan underwritten.

The term "loan owner" is used internally by us as to who, within FS, is managing the loan. It has nothing to do with underwriters. Hope that clarifies!
