Is anyone else getting intermittent email service from SS.
I bought 7 loan parts today on the SM and got only emails to confirm 2 out of the seven. Not a big deal but I'd expect all or none.
I've checked the spam filter and nothing there.
Also
Others here seemed to know that the caravan park loans were postponed but I did not get any announcement to that effect.
However, as far as I know I have been getting all the Go live messages
So the email system does leave something to be desired. Another task for the new communications chap maybe??

For some reason, some emails go to junk and others go to my inbox. Check that SS are using a single sending email address, and whitelist it. Whether emails are identified as junk depends on their content, so it's quite possible that some will be and some won't be.

That's a bit racist yes but what about black list and black market then? The only solution I see, black market should be legal.

Looks like I was a bit hasty blaming SS. a whole load of mail from them and other forums turned up overnight but still timed correctly when I made the purchases.
Not sure what the problem is/was or how to fix but I don't think it is SS fault - Apologies.
This morning, the confirmation of credit covering yesterdays purchases turned up promptly as did a notification from some forums.
Who Knows.....

For your comfort and convenience Virginmedia, ntlworld, blueyonder et al delay emails that they think might be spam.
I have had emails delayed for many hours and as a result I am switching to a different email provider.
