It's interesting that no-one wants to discuss loans that haven't been flagged by Lendy as suspended or that aren't in negative days. Oh, silly me, this loan offers 13% and has 63 days remaining so has to be revered and held in awe. Maybe it should be, I'll confess that the "holiday lodge" asset class is one I struggle to fully comprehend. I've added a new post to the DD Central thread with various links regarding the sales and marketing of the lodges, some links date back almost 12 months. One possible interpretation of this material is that sales have been slow. The loan originally stated that sale of the lodges was the exit strategy, but recent updates suggest refinance is being explored. Seems a lot hinges on the how the site is valued by the proposed new lender. If sales have indeed been slow, it might cast some doubts on the GDV figure being used by Lendy.
Of course there could be other interpretations, and I appreciate that most people have no inclination to spend a few minutes every now and then using google to find out a bit more about their investments, and to review the underlying risks. Or at the very least have no inclination to share their thoughts on such risks here (until its too late).

Does anybody know anything about this investment? I cannot find anything on Google except some old selling adverts. Has it built up?
