Went past this one yesterday. The site seems to have been cleared of overgrowth, there's a container (tools/materials?) on site, and there were several vans parked up. Work is definitely ongoing.

Yes, I also received £190 however my prefunding was set to zero.
I also checked my prefunding on other upcoming loans and about 2/3rds of them were set to £1000.
It is impossible that I made the mistake because the last time I pre-funded a loan was a very very long time ago perhaps early January if that.

I got £0, but my default prefunding is set to zero, and I didn't set a prefund for this particular loan.
