Too many 8% loans coming on for my liking! I'd not be unhappy with the rate if the risk fit it nicely. As for this one... The val doc doesn't mention that, lovely building and views notwithstanding, it's not the most - umm - sensually relaxing of holiday locations. If you look at the aerial shots, you'll see some industrial chicken sheds ENE. There are more now in the fields immediately SW, not shown on the google satellite pics (which are coming up to four years old if they're contemporaneous with the ones of our house, a handful of miles away as the crow flies). One of the nearer neighbours is the operational base of the local septic tank emptiers. The oval worn in the field just E is the local grasstrack motorsports course. It's a whiffy and occasionally loud location, even ignoring what passes for a very busy road in this neck of the woods, the main trunk to points west. Let's just say that I'm not terribly tempted, and I'm not sure the rate is the main reason.

Just taking a quick look at this one.
Description states
"The first tranche of the loan will be used to repay an existing charge over the property.
Further tranches"
But I can't see anywhere where the expected total including all tranches is stated.
Don't they normally state, 'this is first tranche in a facility of X', etc?
Thanks.

SS are not so open about what the 'ultimate' LTGV is, but in this case, we have a present (although, maybe not intentional...) From the VR, the full loan amount is noted to be £1,041,000 which will mean an ultimate LTGV of 65% jsmithe - Fixed

LIVE > Allocation please (for anyone who pre-funded more than 0!) We might start to need volunteers to pre-fund then sell these loans if we want to see the allocations.

Interesting to see so few of the lenders who frequent this forum lending on the most recent loans, I stayed well clear of the most recent few except the second tranche of DFL012.
I vote ozboy to contribute to every loan to let us know what the maximum is

We'll have to have a whip-round on the 8-9%ers for allocation discovery given the savvy investors on this forum 😎 (alt. I feel a poll coming on - toffee/ozboy, it's not gonna be pretty!)
