Anyone else suffering from their security token not being sent to their mobile?
Problem started yesterday whereby the token started taking 10 minutes or so to arrive, instead of the usual few seconds. Today, I'm not receiving a token at all, locked out of my account on both laptop and desktop. Not a great situation to be in...

Done all the usual things, checked mobile receiving texts, rebooted PC and Laptop, cleared caches, all to no avail... I have attempted to obtain a token several times now, and they appear not to be being sent?
Guess it's Murphy's Law these things happen at a weekend when no SS customer services are available to help.
Guess I'm left waiting for that miracle hoping my accounts not been hacked...

Just tried accessing my account from a 'new' device and the SMS arrived within 10 secs. Applied and logged in fine. Tried again about 30 minutes ago, still not receiving a token...  (

Just tried accessing my account from a 'new' device and the SMS arrived within 10 secs. Applied and logged in fine. Tried again about 30 minutes ago, still not receiving a token... ( Have you tried sending an SMS to yourself to check that its not a problem with your SIM/phone receiving the text?

Despite being signed up to the system, I log in probably 95 percent of the time without it.

Despite being signed up to the system, I log in probably 95 percent of the time without it. I believe the cookie is valid for a week so you should only be prompted once a week unless you clear you cache/cookies.
