Does anyone know any decent both developers for funding circle? I am keen to understand how much it would cost to get a bid / sell bot made. Thanks

If you're thinking of paying an IT bod to do it for you, it won't be worth it. Given that you're looking at £100 plus per hour just for design and build, what will you do for maintenance? I.e. Every time FC changes some small part of their website, or. Every time you want your algorithm tweaked.

I have a buy/sell bot that I use myself and could sell. But as sl125 said it works now but might not work after the next time FC update their website. At that point it would require more coding work from me and naturally I would charge a small fee for it...

It's £ thousands, and it'll never pay back unless you are a serious loan hog (20% of anything worth buying) .. there just are not that many worthwhile opportunities coming through, which is why I retired mine (I only wrote it in disgust at the non appearance of the API, and in the vain hope that a slew of such bots might cause FC to take some action .. even if only limiting the %age of each loan they could gobble, or the speed at which they were allowed to do so).
Write to FC and suggest they FIX AUTOBID so it can do what you want, and do it before the bots get turned loose on a loan. Or pick another platform with a fairer allocation strategy (&/or a saner risk grading approach).

If you have a bot of your own that's any good, surely you would be a fool to sell it.

Every time FC changes some small part of their website, or. Ever since you wrote that they seem to be making a change every other day -- but without changing anything useful!

Every day now, another pointless change today.

Yes, don't know why they've changed the dates in the repayment tab to just show in "MMM dd" format rather than the much more sensible "dd/mm/yyyy". With loans running nearly a year late it's useless even for normal users, leave alone bots. Have e-mailed them but sadly don't expect a response, though if others want to mail on the same issue that might help.
As compensation they have finally added the year into the date shown in comments, so you can see just how long some of the sagas have been running.
What other changes have you noticed?

I sent them an irate message about this issue last night, after the super-late repayment run had finally finished. I only noticed it when I came to do my (belated) daily records update. Another incredibly stupid and unhelpful change brought to you by the Funding Circle IT Department (for IT, read Incompetent To***rs).

As well as the late repayment runs (weird given they used to always be around 5am) yesterday it seems at least a couple of batches of sequential loan id's went processing.....all loans where repayments are usually due on 30th of the month - so surely some sort of system bug due to Feb only having 28 days. Personally I have 30529 - missing 2nd payment. 29201, 29231, 29233, 29243 - missing 3rd payment and 27647, 27648, 27681, 27682, 27683, 27697 - missing 4th payment (notice the sequential loan numbers). I don't hold any loans longer than that and there can't have been any suitable loans to invest in Mon Jan 30th so I have none missing first payment. Oddly I have no loans rolling on 29th!

I don't hold any loans longer than that and there can't have been any suitable loans to invest in Mon Jan 30th so I have none missing first payment. Oddly I have no loans rolling on 29th! This is normal for February. FC collect the payments from the borrowers 5 calendar days in advance but won't credit our accounts until the direct debit can no longer be recalled by the borrower's bank which is after so-many working days (I forget the detail). Therefore payments normally due on 30th and 31st of the month would be collected 25th and 26th Feb - but in fact only on 27th as 25th/26th was a weekend, but as today (March 1st) is effectively only 29th Feb any payments can still be recalled. The same thing happens at Easter and Christmas. I worked out over one Christmas when payments were being made a few days late and it all made sense, believe it or not! The c**p bit here IMO is that the loans show as "Processing" which implies the borrower has missed a payment when, in fact, he has almost certainly not.
