I'm just looking at the credit report for the newly-pitched 423 (another windmill in Nor'n Iron) and there's two things leap out at me...
Is the whole NIROC thing still ongoing? Is a not-yet-completed windmill still going to get that massive backsheesh, after all the recent political sword-falling?
And how long has this been kicking around? The report says construction is due to be completed during the w/c 23rd January. That was three and a half weeks ago.

I've put money into most WT but that one didn't feel right so it's a 'review in a few months' note instead of a target.

It seems to be in the process of going live in that it has gone from pipeline to live, but none of the small handful of fivers I assigned to it have been allocated yet ...
I didn't feel like putting much in, for the reasons outlined, but from Q&A if NIE are responsible for the delay in getting it connected to the grid, the deadline *may* be extended. No other useful updates have come forth as to what the status of the project might be.
