Lucie maybe you could answer these queries and also let us know how soon you expect more loans to be made available? JamesFrance, As our Support Team already replied to the Topic Starter, this was a technical data displaying error that is already corrected by now. We have checked all our calculations and they were based on correct rate - 14%, and so were all interest payments for investors. Anyway, we are sorry for inconvenience. As regards new credit deals offers, we now have received and approved several proposals from our partners which are now being processed and should be made available for investors early this week.

Hello roedvin, As our Support Team already adviced you, this was our internal technical delay due to double checking including some manual work involved, as our system was overloaded due to simultaneous final testing and launch of some new functions/products. All automatically generated payments have been re-checked. We are sorry for this delay and such delays will be avoided for future. We care about the quality of our service and hope to compensate all inconveniences with good bonuses - 1% cash-back that has been already applied to all investments made via Grupeer platform and that will last for 3 months. Why haven't you mentioned that our Support has already replied to your queries and the situation is solved, including the interest payments that are credited to your account? From your posts the situation looks somewhat biased and prejudiced. Do you have any personal claims to Grupeer platform? If so, please let me know.

Why do you think that extensions are eating profit? They are eating nothing, they create money. When extension actually means we are pretending this will be repaid in the future.

I would suggest a total account value (funds transferred in + interest received) be shown on the Overview. At the moment, the only information on the Overview page that I find of any value is the "Interest received". Cumulative money loaned/principal payments is irrelevent to me.
