We would like to represent you a new P2P - crowdinvesting platform Grupeer. Currently, the Platform has just reached the market, and we are planning to achieve its full capacity within the next couple of months. As a new market participant, we would be glad to receive any comments or proposals regarding the ranging the range of products and services we offer. We are interested in offering a high level of quality, therefore any consumer's opinion, also critical, is highly valuable and welcomed.
Let me briefly introduce you our Platform concept. At the moment, we offer to the consumers investments in already issued loans. The transaction is executed in conventional manner - by claim assignment. However, we focus on offering investments not in personal loans, but in purpose business loans, issued within a commercial transaction between legal entities.
The Loan Initiators in these transactions include business angels, venture capital funds and companies that specialize in financing targeted business projects, that is, professionals with a focus on lending to small and middle businesses. Thus, in contrast to consumer lending, there is a deeper prior study of the borrower's solvency and cash flows, as well as collateral assessment. Therefore we provide an opportunity for the consumer to participate in qualitative and profitable transactions, executed by serious investors.
All credit deals usually have a term of up to 2 years. For each transaction there is a collateral provided by the borrower and Buy-back guaranteed by the Loan Initiator. The list of investments in loans, offered by our Platform, will continue to expand – both loans issued in other industries and larger facilities for investment will be added in the nearest time.
The minimal amount of investment is as low as 10 EUR and registration process is fast and simple.
In the nearest future some new investment proposals will appear on Grupeer Platform as well. These are profitable investments in rental property. Furthermore, the investors would not invest money through a loan, they will be offered to acquire the shares of companies, owning in profitable real estate in steadily growing markets of Germany, Spain and France, thus becoming co-owners.
Should you have any questions, comments or proposals, please feel free to contact me or our support team. You will find contact information on our web-site.

We apologize. The LTV was wrongly indicated as 0.67% instead of 0.67 ratio. The error will be corrected. The market value of the collateral is 480,000 EUR. This is the appraised value of the land plot.

Currently the platform is being filled with additional objects, including more credit facilities and rental real estate objects. It will provide wider opportunities for using auto invest. Also technically it is under development. 2) The fee for transactions in secondary market will be 1% from transaction amount (sale price of investment) and it is to be paid by the seller of investment.

Hi Lucie,
as far as I've seen all current loans come with buyback. Are there plannings for loans without? At least default rates are already accounted in the dashboard.
Will there be also loans with amortizing repayments in the future? Up to now I've only seen those with bullit repayment.

Hi Lucie I like the look of your platform and am glad that it is concentrating on business loans which I much prefer to short term personal loans especially those with seemingly never ending "extensions" which really eat into profits. I am really interested to see your investments in the rental market where we can buy shares in a property company. I look forward to that as it has not been done before as far as I know. Maybe on the UK market. One question what documents are needed on sign up or first withdrawal.

As I understand there are no docs needed for withdrawal. Idendity is checked by deposit account. No further things necessary.
I might be wrong though on that

At the moment on Twino I have 33% of my loans extended that means about 33% of my capital is unavailable for reinvestment. I am getting back interest yes but not capital so the effect of compounding on reinvestment is reduced. That is the way I see it. I also worry about the sustainability of unsecured personal loan originators in the event of even a minor economic downturn for that reason I would much rather be invested in secured business loans.

Hello Roedvin, We are not planning to place any loans without Buyback, as there are certain legal risks associated with this category of loans. Although this is the Loan Initiator's responsibility, such loans do not meet our security requirements that we are going to provide to our clients. There will be another category of deals with no Buyback - crowdinvesting secured with shares in real estate owning companies, as described in my official note. As regards loans with amortizing repayments, separate transactions may appear, but they will not prevail as we focus on cooperation with investment companies that usually issue loans with bullit repayment.
