We do Can you push the deposit button please. : Prod them via online chat. I had a good result doing that earlier this week. The person dealing with my chat checked the FS bank account a couple of times, reported no sign of my deposit, then found it had just arrived when they checked the third time. And all within about ten minutes of my having sent the FP. Full marks to fundingsecure for that service.
