chrisWould it be possible for you to make the narrative text for cashback payments in the AC Statement consistent? I've received two cashback payments for the R******h loan, with two different "narrative" descriptions: "Cashback for auction 53 - R******h C********l P******y" "Cashback for R******h C********l P******y loan" Having an inconsistent format for the text makes it more awkward for those who have set up programs to automatically process the AC Statement. I'd prefer that you stick to the format in the first line rather than the second (i.e. include the unique auction number), as AC don't always set unique short loan names for different loans (e.g. for auctions 58 and 63). Thanks Jack

Are these manually entered into our accounts? Mine (like the second example) had Red Scratch incorrectly spelt.

Well spotted oldgrumpy, I hadn't noticed that there was also a "t" missing in the loan name for 2nd cashback. Hopefully, not too difficult for AC to retrospectively correct the typo and make the description format consistent with the 1st cashback at the same time. Jack

Just be thankful that nobody quoted you to preserve your ignorance for all time. Making a fool of yourself is not necassirily a bad thing, well not unless it's all the time like some on here...
