And there was me thinking that it was worth leaving £1 invested in every loan.
Small price to pay for being able to follow secure updates etc I thought.
Hadn't really anticipated this - but my time in high interest P2P has certainly thrown up the unexpected.

Anybody can allege anything. Leave it to the legal team. This has nothing to do with truth and everything to do with legal procedure.

Yes I'd agree. In this case, best policy is to keep schtum (on here) and back Lendy in resolving this.

Mod Hat On/ We have received several reports about posts in this thread. I am not privy to the information contained in the purported email, and am not even sure it is marked as confidential. However, in general terms if something is marked as confidential and contains information relating to recovery or other legal information and it is also not even posted on the Lender's website it is generally advisable to say nothing more than the communication exists. I'm going to remove a couple of posts from this thread as while posters can take their own risks of being sued by the platform or even other investors if recovery is impacted, I am not prepared to risk litigation against the forum or any of it’s volunteer staff.
I will also remind anyone tempted to discuss this in DDC that whilst DDC may be free from google bots people posting here are still anonymous and despite our best efforts there could well related parties or even other investors who will report this back. Thanks for your understanding and collaboration. |

but then I logged onto LY and am reassured to see this loan is still in the LIVE listing. And in the last hour many 1star ratings on TP have been removed.
Everthings OK then after all.

When you start putting titles like that out, it makes it too easy to trace. You have effectively named the borrower.
Lendy have requested confidentiality, let's please respect that. As much as events beg discussion, the confidentiality fair enough under the circumstances.
