When you start putting titles like that out.... Actually, it might be reasonable to conclude that it is you that is making an implication. Probably best to delete your post.

I have faith in British legal system. I hope I'm not naive. I have no faith in anything to do with regulators or anything to do with British justice. Just my opinion.

I have a few quid tied up this fiasco. After reading the update it feels like i am in some sort of dream.
While its something we could clearly all do without it has to be the biggest load of cak i have ever read.
It appears this person does not care how many enemies they make but this will be there downfall.
I am now very wide awake when it comes to lending money to a p2p company. Good luck all.

Whilst I fully respect the decision not to disclose confidential information there are a few 'bigger picture' issues that I feel it would be good to discuss. There does appear to have been some case law created as stated in the final paragraph of question 1 in the Reactive Q&A which has major ramifications across the industry. Perhaps an admin or a mod could think about whether that specific issue could be discussed?

I'm not in this loan, but some of the chatter here does give me the impression that there is some information that all Lendy lenders deserve to know - or should that be all P2P lenders? Go on, can someone please give a very generic clue as to what everyone is panicking about? Only if it is OK by the mods of course...

Mod Hat On/ I have locked this thread again as in my view too much information from a confidential source is being divulged and this could prejudice an on-going legal case.
For the avoidance of doubt I am not in either loan and am not privy to all the information, but I’ve picked up enough from what has been posted thus far. The information that some lenders have received is clearly marked (I understand) as sensitive and confidential and it forms part of an on-going legal case.
I am sure that nobody wishes there to be further litigation against either them or this Forum as a result of their posts. I can understand that there is a desire for discussion and there are bound to be some general lessons that come out of this, but as neither the Forum nor it’s volunteer staff have access to legal advice I am taking a cautious stance at this juncture and this thread will remain locked for the time being.
