The country option seems to be greyed out in my portfolios. I don't think anything other than Kz are offered.

Did any of you guys already had any of the loans bough back under the Guarantee? Was it prompt on the 31st day, all interest for loan period + 30 days paid? Reason I am asking is that I got some spare cash at the moment, but did not want to put any more here without making sure Buyback works OK.

I have added couple of hundred of new money in to see what will happen after 15 days once these new loans are supposed to pay back, at the moment all my "Current" loans are brand new, so cannot be included to stats... will report back in 2 weeks. In general, seems like way over half of all loans get delayed, pretty much would be a disastrous money loss if RoboCash one day just stopped BuyBack offer. If it was not part of the strong group of companies, I would be probably already winding down...

I wrote to support a few days ago and was told that buyback kicks in after 60 days. So far none of my loans have reached that figure. The percentage of my loans 1-15 and 16-30 days overdue is about the same as Twino.

I've also written to support asking what percent of loans had to be paid for by RoboCash under "BuyBack" as I think over 50% delay may not be sustainable for long time.
My twino portfolio even B/C rated loans seems to be doing far better than RoboCash so far.

The percentage of my loans 1-15 and 16-30 days overdue is about the same as Twino. That's odd. Their FAQ and assignment agreements say 30 days: What are the guarantees of buyback?
Investments always involve risk, but we’re providing loans with repayment guarantee and remuneration repayment and envisage the possibility of liability buyout from the investor in case of delayed repayment for more than 30 days.
If the borrower delays payment, we will buy the investor's share of the purchase price (at cost) and will pay all the interest due.And each assignment agreement states: 1.3. In instance where the Borrower delays the Loan repayment (or its part in accordance with conditions of the Loan Agreement) for more than 30 (thirty) calendar days, ROBOCASH undertakes to repurchase the Claim purchased by the Assignee in accordance with conditions of the Assignment Agreement and to transfer to the Assignee’s Investor’s) Virtual account the amount equal to the sum of remaining principal amount of the Claim and accrued outstanding interest calculated in accordance with the Interest rate.
