Loan 5530 - Was due last Monday 26th May. Late. Another case of being crippled by the Bank Holiday, or should I have learnt a lesson by previous painful experiences with loans to law firms?

Hope that it comes through Fasty.
In my experience with FC so called "law firms" should have their own risk category (somewhere below C-).

Whatever happened to Top Tier (4325)? There is no trace on my "sold" list to show I ever sold it. Nothing on the loans parts pages. Were they kicked out by FC? ..... and blender.... 667 and I'm still alive and scoffing the yellow fruit...

Top Tier (4325) had a CCJ so loan was downgraded and risk band removed but their next payment is not due until 17-Jun so it's not late yet.

Ah yes, 2799 and 4325; I had a bit of both but managed to sell. One of my better decisions. That, and stopping using autobid.

Maybe - but those "top tier" arrogants have a long history of total contempt towards their creditors. They eventually pay up when it suits them..... so far!

Top Tier seem to be operating on the very brink of insolvency from a cash-flow perspective. I think they are juggling their creditors like so many hot potatoes, and every now and then they push one too far and the creditor takes legal action - I imagine the CCJ earlier this year was one such, which then got payed off. As I recall, Duedil shows a number of previous red-flagged events, which may have been attributable to something similar.
So, while I haven't entirely given up on them, the sooner FC starts rattling its sabre the better!
