Just wondered if anyone was experiencing a problem with emails from AC.
When I try to open them, my computer locks and it takes a couple of minutes before getting back to normal. I use outlook that comes with win 10.

Are we trying to read them as HTML with any/all linked garbage? I generally like my emails presented as boring Ascii text, and see no problems (although persuading outlook to do that may not be trivial). Once you allow HTML, almost anything can happen (and sometimes will).

Once you allow HTML, almost anything can happen (and sometimes will). Hmm not sure how it opens but cannot see a setting to change. There is an option on AC emails to view in a browser though. But you only see that once the email has opened. The problem only happens with AC mail. All other senders are fine and some of those contain AC type graphics. Weird!

Every email I get from Assetz sent through Surverymonkey is blank. Had one a couple of days ago with the subject line "Assetz Capital - Lender Action Required - #327 H******* House" but the body was empty. I have contacted Assetz in the past but they don't seem to be interested - I'm not going to change my email client, emails from other companies display correctly

I have no issues with AC emails (using Outlook / W10) but find ABL emails are displayed with strange formatting (a long blank space above the body text)

Its a PIM program called EssentialPIM (Windows based) - as I said I have no problems with any other emails just those from Assetz via SurveyMonkey

I have problems with nothing from survey monkey but do from assetz.
Apparently I have unsubscribed from survey monkey but no matter what I do I can't get the emails. Others hac similar issues?

That's not a bad thing at all - I have my own client set to do exactly that. But, just sometimes, emails come out with no plain text equivalent, and you have to turn HTML on to read it. This is not necessarily anybody doing anything "wrong", but you do have to accept that by not choosing to read in HTML, you are an edge case.

If you want to opt back in to emails from survey monkey you can do so by following the link ... Thanks for that link, pikestaff . I unsubscribed when I got a survey and a chaser that was irrelevant to me. As far as other mail is concerned, I have had no trouble using Thunderbird on my WinXP netbook, or AOL webmail page (apart from the odd one going to the Junk folder). Question whther they need to include all the graphics stuff, especially as you need to go to the website anyway.

I've just sent an email to Assetz having a moan only to get an automated reply saying I should hear back within 3 working days - nice to see they're not going rush

I've just sent an email to Assetz having a moan only to get an automated reply saying I should hear back within 3 working days - nice to see they're not going rush If it's a compatability issue between SurveyMonkey and EssentialPIM, Assetz won't be able to do anything about it. Are your SurveyMonkey emails completely blank or do they just lack the survey button? Most of the content is visible only after clicking on the button.
