A penalty can applied only after the second payment is late. Due to Latvian law, if I remember correctly

There are extra interests if principal payments are late. But if only interests are standing out.
Some of the companies seem to like this system. They pay never in time and I can't see any reaction of estateguru on this issues.
So Z*** gets its 3rd loan now allways paying late.

Anyone else in V**di 7 mortgage loan refinancing? 6 weeks overdue now. No (visable) reaction from EG.

Luckily not, but I have others who pay late.
EG really nails it when it comes to communications... not
Why do they even have their own board as they are not participating?

Estateguru has the late fee/extra interest part written up in their contracts. You can see what it should be from there.
