Just tried to contact FS to ask about the update that was promised on the Rishton loan over the weekend but no online chat available or maybe they are just hoping the loan will go away. Has anyone elshad any problemse

I've tried several times, to discuss the recent problems with - Property in K************.
The borrower was declared bankrupt this week. Our receivers are in touch with the Official Receiver to determine next steps.
I thought that they must have been overrun with enquiries and simply pulled the plug today.

Ever since that director left before Xmas things have changed in the way they run the business. They don't seem to get why the loans fill at a really slow rate. Where as SS fill pretty much instantly . It's all a question of trust , I don't trust the 70% valuations they have got to be around 50% to make me feel comfortable , they listen to any excuse the borrower gives , they hold back interest that was supposedly paid by the borrower instead of paying it out and then letting the loan run on four months . All I ask myself is have they got into a problem they can't solve, it's very worrying

Re- Property in K*********** (1422136493) Questions- 1-Assets for this loan included 2x B2L properties. they have not been mentioned recently as security, why not? 2-Also please confirm that the charge for his wife is behind FS loan. 3-Also, what can you tell me about the first charge? Replies- 1-B2L properties; we have security over these. as they represent a relatively small proportion of total security, we have not commented on this.
2-We have been advised that the wife stands behind us.
3-The first charge is held by Coutts.
Now that wasn't difficult. |
