Are 'lost' bids still automatically fixed?

I've just made some £20 bids on a loan, the website accepted a few but then the Bid button remained greyed out. I re-started the browser and tried again and the same happened. The bids were taken off my available funds but not added to the loan, so now my FC total is £40 light. In the old days of frantic bidding, this was a regular occurrence and Betty the Bid Bot would visit in the night and fix things up.

So my question is does Betty still visit or was she retired after fixed rate loans were introduced? Should I wait and see or raise a support issue?
