When referring to loans it may be simplest to use the Loan Id only, but if the Loan Title is used, the borrower's name or asset's name must be mostly obscured with asterisks (e.g. "J** B***** L**" is acceptable whereas "Jo* Bl*gg* Ltd" is not.)
If you become aware of information about a borrower that you believe is relevant e.g. in case of non-payment, please contact the loan platform and make them aware of the information so they can take appropriate action.
Note: The forum Moderators will always err on the side of caution both to protect themselves, the forum and individual posters.
5. We welcome (and encourage) input from the staff, owners, or officers of P2x platforms and their intermediaries (e.g. sponsors and brokers), however to ensure everyone is aware you represent a specific company, we require you to send a PM (Private Message) to Admin by clicking here so your account can be updated to show you as a "Representative" of that company.
6. In the interests of openness and to avoid any possible conflict of interest, we require forum members who are not directly employed by a P2x platform but who have done paid work for them (e.g. consultancy) to declare it to Admin by clicking here so your account can be updated to show you as an "Associate" of that company (or companies).
7. The forum may not be used to solicit loans or investments, or to advertise goods or services. The only exception to this rule is permission for forum members whose profile has been flagged such as a Representative of a P2x platform or intermediary occasionally to promote their own platform and loans on their dedicated Board or, if they do not yet have one, their platform thread in the General Discussion Board. The Private Message function must not be used for commercial announcements or soliciting of business.
8. You may not create posts or link to external sites solely to make or save money from referral/affiliate links. Links to external sites that themselves contain referral links must be clearly highlighted as containing such links by stating this either within the post, or in your forum signature. We may require forum members promoting their own p2p blog to have their forum account flagged as "P2P Blogger" or similar identifier.
9. You may not post material here that infringes copyright. Posting material owned by others without their permission unless it's only a little of it to discuss what they wrote often infringes copyright.
