and if you have teams with geographically dispersed members, you can multiple the "four walls" by every location. Great way for everyone to be on top of what is going on, and for larger teams to become 'really really efficient'.

Could it be the case that they are all too busy writing / reading these wonderful "low hanging" "outside the box" post it notes that they all forgot to check up on their London hotel Loans to see if they were going to repay before the end of the loan?

Hey, c'mon now, play fair - we're all now reaping the glorious benefits of the IT revolution that's taken place in recent times on the FC website thanks to those post-it notes. Sometimes I can even go a few whole days without not receiving a loan part that I've purchased and paid for, and occasionally my account balance actually matches up with what it actually should be. And that's just the beginning. One day, Samir willing, we'll actually be able to sell a collection of £20 loan parts at a defined premium without ticking a thousand little boxes. For now, we can but dream...

I agree with Voss, life was hell before FCViz.
I wonder how many post it notes Lonerifle relies upon to surpass the FC monolith? That man/woman is a hero, treated like the rest of us, with borderline toleration/contempt by FC.
As for all those post-it notes; should one really base an IT strategy on a methodology which can be outwitted by a simple desk fan?
