As yet unexplained infrastructure outage. Should be back up now but we're monitoring closely and pushing the service provider for an explanation.

All working for me at 6am. Gremlins still there for me @ 6.32. Logon failed before asking for secondary information. second attempt also failed, but my email address was remembered and repopulate did for the first time ever.
