Since January, I have not been receiving all the usual email notifications. "New Pre-fund investment" and "Loan Part 100% Sold", are those that were most useful to me.
Has anyone else seen this problem? I have checked that the options are selected in my email preferences, so either an SS system problem or my email server is rejecting them (although that's not a problem I commonly have).

I've been receiving notifications ok - in fact too many of them.
Deposited some funds into my account this morning and got no less than 3 emails saying "thankyou for your deposit etc etc ". Most strange.

Thanks for responses so far. To clarify, I am receiving general emails such as advance go-live notices, general updates but not account specific emails - except one, a loan repayment... Trying to gather evidence as to whether this is a wider problem. I was told by support: In order to receive emails from us please make sure you have selected the email criteria you would like to receive. This can be found under the 'My Account' tab then under the 'Email Preferences' tab.
Please also check your junk mail box as our emails may appear in there.
I have and they don't

Check whether they are using a bulk email sender of some sort (ABLRate and RS both do) .. such systems are apt to (silently) drop email addresses which bounce a couple of times (both the aforementioned did), and need poking to revive them.
