Hi there, How long usually takes to withdraw money through Transferwise from SS? I requested for withdrawal last at 6.3.2017 and till today I didn't receive any informational email or money to my account.
Is this normal? Other P2P sites usually withdraw money within 2-3 days.

transferwise.com/help/article/1654253/basic-information/how-long-does-it-take1-4 working days Not entirely sure how the process works, but I guess that SS have to start the ball rolling. So if you sent a request on the 6th (Monday) they probably didn't start the process until the next day (7th - Tuesday); if so you should see payment tomorrow at the lastest. From memory, SS have had issues with transfer wise in the past, so it would be worth dropping them an e-mail to make sure they have had your request.

Ok, I'm still without my money and support is obviously ignoring me. I wrote them through contact form as same as I tried to send the email to support@savingstream.co.uk. Both without response.
Is this still normal??

Is this still normal?? Try sending them a PM on here as they do log in quite often then at least you know they have definatly recieved it.

Normally if you submit a withdrawal request before the daily morning payment run (which can be as early as 6am and as late as 3pm in my experience) you will get it same day (payment is made by Faster Payment. If you submit the request after the payment run it will be next day. Payment runs are done every weekday and generally not at weekends - if you miss the payment run on Friday morning you won't be credited until Monday.
It would seem that your payment has gone a astray. I have probably averaged 2-3 withdrawals a week over the past couple of years and every one has been same or next day, but others have reported issues time to time. I have had issues on other platforms (MT & Abl) where payments have been held up by security checks by the platform's bank which have led to my withdrawal being neglected until I've chased.
In my experience their response time to support emails is 1-3 days, but I imagine the issues over deposits last Thursday/Friday has problem overwhelmed them and created a backlog so I would give it 3-4 days before panicking. It might be worth calling them - you will go through to a call centre who probably just log a support email, but they may be able to give it a higher priority.

Not sure exactly what you mean by "savingstream representative account" , but you could send a PM (=Private Message) to Paul64 and/or savingstream . You can also call them on 02033-033146 . Good luck - doubtless it's a worry , but I'm sure you will get your cash. Yes, there have been plenty of issues about them being slow etc, but I believe that everyone has received their funds eventually.
