Just had a look at upcoming auctions and every single one out of the 67 are already 100% filled. I guess the rates will not be worth a look at by the time they're over.

I have taken very few loan parts recently due to the low rates finally achieved. Either FC is relatively short of new loans or they are are aiming to restrict 'our' loans to keep the rates down, thus making whole loans more attractive (Whole loan rates are based on average market closing rates). They can then hail the whole loan trial as a great success.
Or they might be leaving us with lots of spare cash so we can support the £400K property loan.

Last time I checked, the £4.29 property loan had disappeared.
Sorry, I mean £49.20 property loan.
Sorry, I mean £429,000 property loan with 2% splashback.
Sorry, I mean ...

MikeB, you're nearly as far behind reality as FC's bid servers at the end of a popular auction. It's back. It's even more than 1% funded!! What was missing though was I didn't get the usual property loan/cashback marketing email, advising me of this wonderful opportunity about to hit the marketplace.
An A?? .. with a credit rating somewhat worse than my cats' ..

Either the system was lying or there are new ones there which weren't showing before. Even so, everything up to 6d 21h is 100%.
I'm wondering if more people are cottoning on to the fact that the big banks 1% (if you're lucky) is a tad insulting. I'm also wondering if this is new money coming in in wonderment at the possibility of more than 10%. But how many people are but acutely aware that it could end up as being minus 100% - i.e. total loss?

An A?? .. with a credit rating somewhat worse than my cats' .. I didn't get a pre-warning email either. As to me being behind, it hadn't reappeared at the time of my posting, 18:06 but was there by 21:50ish. I see the first bids are around 17:56, not sure why it wasn't showing in my loan requests page. Something else broken at FC no doubt ...
