It was only a 12 month loan with plans to be paid off early. The loan will be fully paid by tomorrow morning.
If you did invest, and it was only a 15k loan but somebody reading this probably put a bit in, I thank you from the bottom of my heart. I actually only needed the loan money for a couple of weeks as it transpired (very short term cash flow crisis) but kept it going just in case until an inheritance came through. That all happened last Friday.
I pity the bank manager (from Lloyds but they're all the same) that called me less than half an hour after solicitors put a large wedge into my personal account. Well, actually I don't pity him. It's a shame that he was the one that had to be told where to go and not to worry about all that money in his bank doing nothing as it wouldn't be there long enough for him to worry about it. A shame because all the managers, and their bosses that refused me a 3k overdraft won't get to know about it.
Or maybe they will when the case I have on-going with the Financial Ombudsman (something about commercial fixed mortgage hedging which will cost them far more than the 3k! ) is resolved.

Not in it, but I remember it well. Looked like the borrower was a well dodgy geezer. Steered clear of it. Would have been steered well clear of it, but my car failed its MoT on that very point.

I am in it, glad to be of service, I hope you found my £20 helpful and thank you for your timely repayments.

I thought that loan was a right shocker, which is incidentally what caused my MOT failure.
