Before P2P, savers put a guinea in a piggy bank, now they smash the banks to become guinea pigs.

We are currently experiencing technical issues with our auto banking. We have been working with our third party banking provider over the bank holiday and hope to have the service back to normal as soon as we can. In the meantime we would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused. Lendy Support

Can anyone comment/clarify what about withdrawals? Today (Friday) very early in the morning I asked a withdrawal. After an hour I had some additional money available and asked a second withdrawal. Both were immediately acknoledged by email. Many hours later... none of the two has been processed. I remember something similar happening on a previous occasion before a weekend and in that case I wasted 3 days of interest for lack of action on a Friday (and saturday and sunday). Lendy used to be efficient, but looks to me it is starting to take the same disastrous route as FC... Is the withdrawal process manual? It is happening only once a day? Have I by chance missed the deadline for the day? Is this a single deadline? Is it a known/published time? Another day, same old story. Withdrawal requested on Friday morning very early and not executed. No answers from support (suppot request well within your working time on friday), no answers on the forum, zero action, another three days of lost interest without any explanation. Enough is enough. 20k of my LY loans will be put on sale and hopefully out of your account on Monday... I cannot stand companies not doing their (simple) duties... While I can't really complain myself with a withdrawal of just £1.32 of interest added on the 1st Sept, and the last. Having sold out of the last loan with Lendy at the beginning of the month, that was the last interest from the loans from the few days held after the 1st August. Having thought on withdrawals there might be reasons not to automate, understood. However being left in the dark also is not acceptable, it's not difficult to say withdrawals last processed at dd/mm/yy hh:mm somewhere on the website, and maybe even next withdrawal processing run at hh:mm, just some hint as to when. Ok not ideal but happier to know I've missed today's withdrawal processing. Myself I wasn't expecting to see the last of the interest until the 4th Sept. The final end to my using Lendy. I now do have a worse experience than Lendy that's the forced move to Barlcays SmartInvestor there site display deposit / withdrawal options as completely blank pages so you can't do either, hours waiting a in a telephone queue no resolution so far. Guess just thankful Lendy actually allow us the be able to make withdrawal's and they eventually appear in the current account. That said, MoneyThing interest paid today, arrived in current account moved to holding account many hours ago, joining Collateral Interest payment that went in yesterday.

The farse is continuing.
4 withdrawals requested (2 on Friday early monring, 2 today early morning). Only the very first one from Friday early morning arrived few minutes ago. Still no answers to my support requests.
Something (and someone) is not working at Lendy anymore....
Another ticket another explanation and finally somone took action and released the withdrawals. Problem is that the situation was not known and not understood even after two tickets and 4 days after.... I am afraid but this level of mismanagement of money (which goes well beyond the simple slowness) is unaccetable to me. Processing of Lendy withdrawals is prone to tripping up when you make more than 1 withdrawal request per day. Best keep to 1 request per day (I also wait until that one is processed before requesting another, but that may be overkill)

I made a deposit earlier this morning and I'm still waiting to be credited. Is anyone else in the same boat? I assume automated deposit processing has been turn off, but I always get nervous when transfers don't show up when expected.
Edit: deposit now received 10:35 after making 08:30 - I must learn to be more patient! It seems that the automated deposit system is down - they have put the following post up on the website "The automated deposit system is currently down. We are working to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience. "
