dan1, Thanks for the advice. I have spoken to the Bank on the telephone this morning and they confirm the money has left my account and the payment has been made. However, the payment is still NOT showing on my account, which would then clear my negative balance, after my recent funding purchase of the 12% loan. What I have been advised to do, is wait until the end of this working day and contact them again this evening, if the balance isn't showing, for a trace to be initiated. Thanks dan1. Did you by any chance deposit the same amount twice on the same day? There's a known issue with the second and further credits of the same amount that day not being credited, see this thread: p2pindependentforum.com/thread/4946/deposit-credited-accountIf this isn't the case then I'd be inclined to chase a little harder with Lendy. Edit: not being credited until a few days later - it doesn't just disappear! dan1, Thank you for the reply. Just one deposit into Saving Stream yesterday. Used the same details a few days before, to partially pay off a previous pipeline purchase and there was no problem. My attitude is to be patient and eventually it will be sorted out. However, I won't be making any further payments into Saving Stream until it is, so as not to, potentially complicate the issue.

Edit: not being credited until a few days later - it doesn't just disappear! You are right, it doesn't just disappear, but for the time being, there is still no payment into my account, after my transfer of funds from my Bank Account yesterday. Three days before, the transfer using the same banking details, happened very quickly and took only a few minutes. My Bank have kindly instigated a trace for me. That trace can take up to 30 days... I have received the usual automated response from Saving Stream, but I am still waiting for Saving Stream to respond individually and specifically to the query.

This warrants a direct request to Paul64 / Lendy Support / savingstream. I suggest if you don't hear back to PM Paul directly.

Dan1, Thank you for the heads up. All's well that ends well. It may have taken two days, but it has been found and deposited. All correspondence via email, there was no need to PM, as you suggested as a last resort. I shall just put it down to one of those 'glitches', that happens now and then. I have also contacted my Bank to discontinue the trace.

Made a deposit at 5pm, still waiting for it to be credited at 9pm. Has faster deposit been turned off?
7am still waiting.
Deposited 11am - 18hours to deposit.
Lendy must try harder.

Has anyone had experience making deposits in the past few days - is still automated and credited within the hour or is it a lot more hit and miss? I want to park some funds over the weekend so I don't want to send funds now only to be credited on Monday!

Ironically my withdrawal was faster.

It used to be more or less on the 1/2 hour so why not try sending a nominal deposit first, and if that clears then send the motherload?

FYI - just made a deposit and it took 6 mins to be credited.
One last question, are deposits generally processed over the weekend, ie do they leave the machine running unattended?

I think it is a manual process and I seem to recall them saying it would be done over the weekend, but less frequently, unless there is a new loan being launched (which there isn't this weekend - next one is Monday). Edit: Sorry nick - I am thinking of MT. On Ly it is automated and they leave it running over the weekend, but if something goes wrong and it stops it won't be re-started until the Monday.

Has anyone else had any deposit issues? I deposited money ~ 10:30 pm last night and it still hasn't arrived in my account.
