Having seen these pictures I think I'd have been slashing my wrists right now if I had not got out of this earlier this year. I assume that somewhere there will be a couple of chalets and a few trees by a pond to avoid accusations of misrepresentation.

Near zero take up of Tranche 16, £150k on the SM from £152k.
As total loan could go up to 70% of GDV, there is potentially another £12m to fund from somewhere.
That seems a tough sell with (I'm guessing) most investors at their maximum exposure for this loan already. Hope Lendy have a backup plan!

It is amazing what you can do with a pot plant and a bit of astroturf!! 
Mind you, this one still looks better than DFL014! Anyone who can con obtain £1m out of investors and just dig a hole is doing well!

I think the main problem being at the moment that there are so many big DFL's (And some fairly big PBL's) running and nobody has seen anything really big repaid for a long time.
Most people are just about at their limit of exposure to Lendy and until some funds are released back to the investors I do not believe that they will be able to fill (Potentially) white elephant DFL's.
Confidence in Lendy's ability to manage and recover these funds is severely lacking at present.
Hopefully the new year will bring some repayments and extra funds available to fill the DFL's tranches and complete projects that already have major investment funds tied up in them.

Whilst I feel fairly confident in this loan, I don't want to put any more funds into this one project. I'd like some evidence of some sales in the very near future so that the project looks like becoming self-financing.

You feel...I do not, I already put some of my part to sell and it is still waiting in a queue alraedy more than 1 week,so I hope it will not be another DFL-black-hole on Lendy. But you are right, some news about sales could bring some fresh air.
