Some lenders may be conscious of the connection between this one and DFL005. 'Delays' on DFL005's repayment will be giving people cause to pause and think about over-exposure to one borrower, which is entirely prudent. I got out of this at the beginning of June last year in a knee jerk reaction when the SM queue suddenly and briefly shortened. The evolving saga of sheds and DFL005 nonsense etc. has convinced me that my knees have a better grasp of this Lendy P2P smoke and mirrors than I do.

tranche 19 of phase 1. how many more tranches are there to come and how many tranches are going to be in phase 2 then 3 etc etc. i have seen better sheds in my friends back gardens.looks like another LENDY FOR LIFE loan with no way out for the forseeable.

my one has got a bar pool table tv utilities juke box fridges and nice patio with tables and umbrellas out side. all the others have got millions of ponds of our money in them

all joking aside.what the bloody hell are they supposed to be and is that what all of our money is going into. LENDY get your team over there find out how much those pallets/sheds have cost and where our money has gone

The progress report in February said extending to dec 2018 and yet days to run say 31 days.

Tranch 19 was for over £300k, but only attracted £88k. I expect that the extension is dependent on funds from DFL05, which is now not being repaid in full. But it is likely that the 'equity' that is planned on being extracted from the freehold sale, which spookily seems to be approx £1m, could be used to fund said extension. If DFL05 does not sell/repay completely and soon, this project may have difficulty finding funds to continue, based on the lack of enthusiasm for T19.
