So they have sold the whole lot? . This was my largest loan. I had my settings set at autoinvest and hadn't realised they started offering tranches for the same loans. My auto-invest kept gobbling up the tranches till I noticed that i was overinvested in this one loan. I quickly disabled it but already was in it for about 20k. . . I was stung in the same way but for less. P2P is not for the passive investor. Lendy's autoinvest setting was never fit for purpose. It is just another thing that the FCA could have warned investors about directly but, then, the FCA does not exist to protect investors; it exists just to make sure the regulations are being adhered to. When there are no regulations then...

When there are no regulations then... Why are the regulators not coming forward admitting wrong-doing? Can the ombudsman do anything about it? Has anyone filed complaints individually and what was their response?

And... right on cue, here's the email with the administrator's update. £1.7m sale minus £572k third-party costs minus £85k paid by Lendy minus £80k Lendy service fee minus £400k Lendy entitlement = £561k for us = £550k nice round number, the remained maybe coming later (see the PBL106 note on the same email) Just to clean that up a bit... £1,700k in. £572k + £85k owed in sale costs = £657k of the £1,700k already spent just to get it. £1,043k to the administrators of Lendy. £400k + £80k owed to the administrators of Lendy. £563k £561k for us. (I'm using rounded figures, email gives exact)£550k distributed to us. £11k left behind, presumably to be distributed later as per PBL106 - or to be used to fund legals for PI/PG.

Another slightly over valued project it seems 33m sold for 1.7m, £15,152,734 handed over to the Borrower, quite sickening to say the least!

In case anyone missed it, there was a small payout on this loan yesterday. I had £2. I think I'm going to seek some financial advice on how best to invest it. I'm thinking medium Mcfries.

It will probably take few weeks to arrive to my bank account, but I have all confidence that it will get there by the end of month. I will keep my 86p in my bank account in waiting for the next opportunity Looking at my loan book - I'm pretty sure the Saving Stream finale is a loss for me.

Having small repayments dribbling into accounts is a bit of a pain. I have 36p in AC, 86p in FS and £2.50 in MT.
Can't quite build up sufficient enthusiasm to withdraw it all.

Surprisingly the withdrawal I requested on Friday appeared in my account this morning.

Hi
Just found myself with a bit of money from this one, well at least enough to buy a pie and a pint . Does anyone know does Lendy still allow withdrawal s as I know FS have stopped them.
Thanks Peter
P.s. not to worry just seen my fellow sufferer above got to spend his 86p

Hi all, So according to today's 'Joint Administration Report', in respect of this loan (DFL019) the "Property sold pre-Admin and funds distributed". If that's the case, how come I've still got it showing as a 'Live' (outstanding/open) loan on the platform when I login, and presumably expecting a further 'pay-out' please?

Its an error, should say funds received in previous reporting period
