What is the max amount I can put in a pension tax free?
Is it £16,666.67 plus £3,333.33 from the tax man plus £20,000 from the employer?

I thought you could go back 3 years only? Almost correct. There is a split year recently which confuses matters. If you want some light reading google 'Hmrc pension annual allowance carry foward' and prepare to nod off to sleep. 😴
