Just wondering who's used this for their chosen spot for their ISA money this year?
If so, what made you decide on this platform?
Are there any concerns?
- with the age of the platform - loan diversity - anything else

I don't know where to open one, if you got any ideas please let me know. Edit: I was thinking of the latest PropertyCrowd bond at 10.2%. but reluctant to put £15k into a single invesment and I don't know if they'll get another bond out befor end of tax year.

If you're that uncertain then given there's so little time left rather than rush into something you may potentially regret later, why not bung it all in a cash ISA (or put a smaller amount in an IFISA and the rest in a cash ISA) and then transfer it into potentially more than one IFISA after Apr 6th.

pomThat's a good idea, thanks, I will do that. I didn't know that I could open a cash ISA now then transfer into several different IFISA providers after 6th April.

Obviously there is the slight caveat that not all IFISAs have been accepting transfers from launch and it may be a bit slower/more complex process than paying in new money, but there's no reason why it shouldn't work, and the choice of IFISAs just keeps growing. You might need to double check that both parties will allow/accept partial transfers (tho I would hope in this day and age that would be standard), but you won't be any worse off than you are now trying to choose just one.

Have any of these loans paid any interest yet?
After a FS mess, I'm wary of investing with no monthly interest payments.

Looking at the latest loan it stated that interest was withheld so the borrower does not get the full amount unlike on FS. So for a 70% LTV loan the loan they may be the same but the borrower recieves more on FS then they would here.

Ok, ready to go, now where are all the loans?..... LI anything in the pipeline? Hi tarq. Thank you for opening an ISA with us. A new loan will likely be made available for investment tomorrow. Lenders will receive an email once it goes live.

I don't know what's wrong, but I thought I should let other investors know. First, their landline goes to voicemail after 30 sec. That's all the time, at least from yesterday morning. I resorted to send an email asking a question about an allocation of funds. No answer for 24 hours. They should do better, especially being a new platform.

We had some issue with our switch board, hence the issue affecting people trying to call us. I can confirm that we have received your email and are looking into the matter.
