I'm very impressed with the speed at which Landlordinvest handle ISA transfers-in. I posted my transfer form to them 1 minute after the last collection time on a local postbox yesterday at 16:31 and received an email at 12:17 today to say that the form had been processed and sent to the source ISA manager (AC, in case you are wondering).

P2PFinanceNews marginally over-estimating LLIs loanbook. But did mention they are to start doing 1st charge development loans.
"P2P Property lender LandlordInvest has only been around since 2017 and its loanbook is worth £13.5bn."

According to their ISA T&Cs:
"If you choose to transfer funds out from your LLI IFISA to another ISA provider, you may be charged a fee in accordance with the fees published on our website (as amended from time to time)."
Has anyone transferred an ISA out from LandlordInvest and paid a fee?
I did not find a page with fees published on their web site...but then the fees can be amended from time to time, so doesn't give much protection...

Also not found the actual list of fees. They would struggle to charge fees without breaching regulations as they are not clearly disclosed.

I also wondering about ISA transfer out fees, added some cash and missed last loan a few weeks ago.
Better off with the cash elsewhere.

Looking to put it back and then out to another platform that has more regular loans.

Hi qwakuk,
We do not have any transfer fees from our side and it is set out on the website.
However, it would appear that you’re perhaps better served by transferring your funds elsewhere as LLI is strictly a self-select platform, where lenders have to be able to find, read and draw conclusions from presented information, to have the best possibility of choosing loans suiting their risk and return preferences (especially as P2P lending is a high risk investment).
Best,
Filip
