I have just done a quick calculation and curious what my fellow Investors position is with their FS Loans?
My current to date is:-
UNREDEEMED Loans @ 2.7%
LATE Loans @ 14%
1% are Late Loans for Feb & March only, so 13% of my Loans are >50 days late.
I think I am just plain lucky and possibly slightly better off than average?

17 loans in total.
11.7% are unredeemed
41.1% are late
41.1% of those are late/unredeemed are from 2016.
Saving Stream - 0% late
Moneything - 0% late

Late 21.3% (13.55% for February/March, 7.75% >50 days)
Percentages are by monetary value rather than number of loans.

Of course, OUR problem, which applies to all Platforms, is to peer through the murk and also spot the Loans that are actually Unredeemed, rather than "Late".
Yes, good point, Monetary Value.
Jeeez savgeax, did you dive into some of those 70% ers??

I have 94 loans, of which 8 are late, and zero unredeemed. I have only been investing for 10 months so it's early days yet. I am a non tax payer, so have built up my loans partly through SM, to ensure diversification. I also dump any loan that I have second thoughts about onto the SM. My actual return is still just under 13%, less future defaults. Due to the SM loans I have had loans reaching completion for 8 out of the 10 month investment period. My main concern is that the quality of loans on offer if falling, often due to poor valuation, which would mean not having sufficient loans for diversification, as I keep to a £300 limit on most loans.
I also have money with 3 other platforms, but feel that with sufficient DD FS with all its faults just about scrapes through as the leader

Jeeez savgeax, did you dive into some of those 70% ers?? Land and yachts. Land is 70% and yachts 52.7% for the unreedemed. All at 12%

Property @ 70% and Floaty Things in General is arguably for those who know what they're doing, which leaves me out!

They have a section for all loans where you could gleam this info fairly easily

3 loans 100% unredeemed or in default. That's because I lost all confidence in the platform and sold everything that was not.

Same position here, 3 loans unredeemed, except I kept one loan active to preserve 2% bonus and avoid sacrificing even more by needing to apply a discount to sell. A check on the SM tells me that the loan in q uestion would not sell without a generous discount.

Out of about 25 loans, only one unredeemed plus a slice of the wind turbine. I've had several other defaults, but these have been fully recovered.
