has anybody had any problems this weekend with cash deposited not appearing in their account. I prefunded £200 into the Paignton land on Friday when it went live and sent the money once I got home from work. My account is still sitting at -£200 as of this evening so I rang and sent an email to log this as a problem. I have a contact set up on my internet banking which I have been using for the 9 months or so without any issue so I know it isn't my end and typing the wrong details in.....just wondering if anybody else is having the same problem? Thanks

No, all seems fine with DFL005 - Arboretum, Land with planning being the most recent transaction on 24/03.

I have had an issue over the last two days. I have deposited four equal amounts, three yesterday and one today. Only one of the deposits for yesterday is showing, but the one from today has appeared. I have emailed them, but at the moment I have a negative balance, rather than the zero balance it should be.

I have had an issue over the last two days. I have deposited four equal amounts, three yesterday and one today. Only one of the deposits for yesterday is showing, but the one from today has appeared. I have emailed them, but at the moment I have a negative balance, rather than the zero balance it should be. I'm sure it's no consolation but my partner had £500 "missing" for a number of days early last week which did eventually turn up. The worst of it was that she emailed SS three times, I emailed them twice, She rung them twice and I sent a pm to "Paul" the comms guy. No response whatsoever other than from the phone calls which elicited the predictable lack of action. Then miraculously the money turned up along with incredible emails from "George" which purported to present a bizarre business as usual message with no reference, never mind apology or explanation for the missing cash.

I transferred some cash to cover a -ve balance just now and my account was updated in no more than 5 minutes.
Quite impressed, perhaps I timed it just right?

I logged a ticket with saving stream/lendy and after a few emails back and forth (and a call to my bank) it was actually resolved in the end. The funny thing was, as above, my account was at a -ve balance for a couple of days, even though I thought they took the the loan part back off me after 48hrs.

Try to avoid deposit multiple amounts of the same value as their system flags them as potential duplicates and you have to wait for them to perform a manual reconciliation which typically takes 2-3 days.......

Maybe the entire banking process has had a spring clean and not just the deposit system.
