Just my personal experience - reliability better if requested between 12 MN and 6-7 am Mon - Thurs poor predictors include Evening requests (especially Thursday), Friday daytime and weekends. Re deposits - I have had them take nearly half an hour in daytime but it seems to tie in with the hour and half past, so that was when I had just missed one. This week so far they have been highly predictable for me based on that. I made a stupid mistake in depositing today (last two digits of the reference were interchanged). All sorted out within 30 mins and deposit credited to my account along with a confirmation email that the error had been corrected.

I made a bank transfer on 30/3 and it hasn't come onto my Lendy account yet. I sent them an email on 4/4 but still not heard anything by 6/4.
Glad to know I'm not the only one. If I hadn't have checked the forum I'd be pretty anxious. I think a general communication from Lendy would be appropriate.
I wonder if the change of name has upset some of their code for handling bank transfers.

I'd make certain its not an issue with your own bank, and if not, then phone lendy and ask the guys on the desk to mark you case as "urgent". Stupid question - but are you 100% certain the details on the transfer are correct, especially lendy account number as you reference ?

When you speak to your bank get them to run a trace and tell you the *exact* time it arrived in Lendy's bank account, tell Lendy and hopefully they'll find it.

I've not changed any details on my banking list of payees since the name change.
Money from Lloyds bank was in my Lendy account inside 10 minutes this morning.

Currently waiting for 55 minutes and counting for an amount to deposit into my account... Usually it takes 10 to 20 minutes. So it is slow for me today! Maybe it is the news of the election?

Another bad day it seems for depositing cash. Cash paid in at Barclays bank yesterday at 1pm correct A/C number, sort code and reference. Still nothing showing in my balance. Ticket submitted to Lendy this morning first thing. Automated email reply and nothing.
EDIT.... 14.20 just been credited to my account.
Edit again.... Just had word from Lendy that the issue is their system does not recognise cash deposits paid in. They recommend electronic transfer to their account.
