Just cancelled a loan part for sale and received the email from "Lendy (formerly Saving Stream)". Was signed off "Kind regards, The Lendy Team". Looks like they're in the process of the rebranding...

Their Twitter feed has been rebranded and renamed to @lendyp2p. To add some confusion they have reregistered savingstream with no branding as yet. |

Received the 'rebranding' e-mail ("InTouch - the Lendy investor e-newsletter") a few minutes ago.
The www.lendy.co.uk site seems to be online again.
EDIT - And it seems that the 'savingstream' web-site requests are now redirected to the Lendy site.

It's all happening today.
One reason so many stick with SS Lendy.
Rarely a dull day.
In a way it could be argued that investors should add 1% to the return per loan for the excitement and entertainment factor.
All we need now is for the new 12% loans to go live today and it'll become another day that will go down in P2P history.
Footnote - The mods now have to decide at what point to change the name of this forum from Saving Stream to Lendy (formerly SS).

Fingers crossed the only thing they change is the name. I have always found the site efficient and functional and easy to use.
Usually the redesign muppets seem to think grey text (as opposed to black) is a good idea, as is stupidly large Wordpress 'mobile friendly' blocks that make it hard to see loans in tabular form.
Yeh there could be a few tweaks but please - Lendy people - do not change the functionality just for the sake of it.

So who dreamed up the name "Lendy" in the first place ? Doesn't exactly ring of professionalism imo , in fact it sounds pretty infantile if I'm being honest. Kind of place where Noddy would go for financial advice, perhaps ?  |

It was in fact his wife, Wendy who had a big influence on the brand name 🤣
