My selling loans have been stalled for over 9 hours with the sold parts showing as "not available".
I though it usually passed quickly.

Sorry, that's not good, should be instant, is this linked to the loans with 'sticky' parts, been quite a bit of frustration on these. That would depend on the next seller coming along and taking up the problem. I think it happened to me for couple of hours but depends on market, looks like buying may pause a bit ahead of the go-lives.

If you have a look at Problem Selling Part Loans they may give an idea there how long they were getting stuck.
Edit - crossed with jomantha's post in main thread.

I wasn't aware of this problem. I usually sell low amounts and never check. I have to change my habits. jomantha, did you check if: Balance = live loans parts + available funds + (all your loans for sale) ? I guess one has to keep an eye in this balance value. It can never go down unless you make a withdrawal, right? Another option to check your account is to download a XLS file with all your transactions.

I think the SM is just slow today. I put five loans up for sale this morning, but only one of them has moved forwards in the sale queue so far.

I only note down balance every time make withdrawal, generally keeps you on top of things. Used to download data, but got behind and found balance normally keeps me on top thing along with least once a week look at all accounts

If you put something for sale and it goes in a queue, does your Balance decrease? Mine doesn't.

I believe that there is something that needs savingstream's attention here.

Are you sure the loan part as fully sold? If someone only buys part of your loan, you have to wait until someone else buys the rest.
