Made a few sales overnight (UK time).
Received a confirmation email for a sale at 22:53 pm
Also received a confirmation email for a sale at 03:55 am
However , I made 6 further sales between the above times, which have been correctly registered is my SS accounts section, but I have received no confirmation emails ?
Just wondering if anyone else has has a similar issue overnight. Thanks.

Haven't sold any that recently, but the emails have definitely been a bit flakey this past couple of weeks-ish

I sold a loan part today, but received no email. Presumably teething trouble after the rebrand.

Anyone else miss the c***** w**** email today? normally no problems up my end. I received it via PlusNet but not yet via Hotmail. I doubt that's down to L, though.

I've stopped receiving 'Loan Part Sold' emails since the rebrand. Not had one - yet just logged in to discover I've had about 30 sales in the last few hours. (I list bits in £100 parts). A pleasant surprise upon log in.
I'm getting 'Loan Part Funding' and 'Loan Part Sale Cancelled' emails as before, and all others, but Sold emails have stopped arriving.

I'm also not getting any Loan Sold emails since the rebrand. There've always been a few missing as noted by others, but the sold ones are consistently not arriving now, in both a gmail account and a hotmail account. They aren't in junk either. Would be good if Paul64 at savingstream could take a look at it, since this looks like a common problem. I am getting all the others except the c***** w**** advance notice that did end up in junk. |

11 parts put up and sold yesterday got all of the selling mails but not a single sold email. Paul64 been like this since the new site went live.

Hmmm, I don't seem to have received any purchase emails since the start of this month. Seem to be receiving the others.

I've received nothing in the past four days, but the penny finally dropped this morning.  Nothing to do with SS Lendy, unfortunately its all my fault. I've been using spamgourmet to control emails from unwelcome originators and the recent non-receipt has proved it works only too well if the list of 'Trusted Senders' isn't amended to include a new address. Doh!  Might reconsider now as, in addition, I've recently discovered two other P2P platforms that have used a non-standard email address resulting in missing communications. If you don't know it's been sent, you won't know it's been lost. |
